Whirlpool gas range/oven lost power - ApplianceBlog.com ...
My gas range/oven just completely lost power when I pushed the "cancel/off" button to turn off oven and timer. I have no idea why it did this. The unit is not even a year old. I checked the back of the oven to make sure it's still plugged in - it is. I checked the breaker - no problem there either. It's a Whirlpool, model XFG361LVQ. What in the world could be the problem??

Oven element replacement - Appliance Repair Forum
I've got a burned out oven element that needs to be replaced and I hate calling in a repairman for a $30 part. But the instruction that I find on line all say that the element connects to the wiring with screws. Mine is so old that the set up is a bit different. After I unscrew the back plate (that part was easy) and pull out the element, it is connected to the wiring with flat metal bits. How do I disconnect it from the wiring without breaking anything important? Thanks.

Actual temperature ranges on Whirlpool Drter?
Q: I have a two year old WED5840swd Whirlpool Dryer. It has 4 heat settings: ex low; low, medium, and high (+ air only). Can someone tell me what are suppose to be the actual temp settings (or ranges) for each setting? Thanks for the input.

A: Slide out the utility drawer and there will be a tag on either the left or right side of the frame with the model and serial number. Hope this is the info you needed
